Darlene began her Real Estate career in 1994 working as an individual agent.
By 1998, the growth of her business made it apparent that one person could no longer provide the individualized care and quality service that had already made her a top agent in the industry. This led to the hiring of a business partner, Susan Blair, who would complement her style and qualities. Additionally, our valued team includes a Listing Support Coordinator and a Transaction Specialist. Together, The Darlene Brown Team is one of the top-producing Teams in the Orlando area. Team Dar Photo Darlene Brown - is a native Floridian who is married to Phil Brown and has two sons, Brett and Casey. She graduated from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with a degree in Health and Physical Education. Some of her community activities include: being a Partner in Education with University of Central Florida since 2003, participating in Keller Williams’ Red Day, organizing an annual food drive to support the food banks of Central Florida and participating in a variety of Track Shack running events that help local charities. Darlene is also a member of the Blue Dolphins Master Swim Team here in Oviedo.
   
Team Blair Photo Susan Blair - a Florida resident for over 25 years. She graduated from Furman University with a Business degree and worked in the Insurance industry prior to becoming a Real Estate professional. Her community activities include being a partner in Education with the University of Central Florida and a supporter of the Youth Scholarship Fund for the Central Florida YMCA. Susan spends much of her spare time with her precious little dog, Ellie. Her other interests include golf, snow skiing and visiting her family in South Carolina.
   
Team Brett Photo Brett Brown - is Darlene’s oldest son. He has been a huge asset to the Darlene Brown Team over the past several years while working toward his political Science degree at the University of Central Florida. He currently does the sign post installations for all of our listings while working full time for the Orange County Property Appraiser Department. Brett’s other interests include weightlifting and international travel.
