Our purpose in the Seller Consultation is to assess your needs and create a plan that will help you accomplish your real estate goals.  The first step in this process is to meet with the Seller at their home in order to preview the property.  During this initial meeting we ask the Seller if they have made any recent improvements to the property and take a few digital photos.  We leave a pre-listing package behind which explains information about our Team, suggestions for staging your home and current market conditions.

The second appointment is scheduled 2-3 days after we have previewed the property.  Our focus of this meeting is to review the Comparative Market Analysis and the ways in which we market your home.  We will discuss in detail the pricing options for your home and “what to expect” during the listing process. 

Our Team is comprised of several licensed agents whose highest priority is getting your property sold.  Selling any home takes a team effort and we always value your input as an important part of this process.  All that we ask of you is that based on your satisfaction with our Team and the level of service we provide, you will keep us in mind and refer your friends or family members when they have a real estate need.
